1. Agreement Overview

By accessing or using Fubo TV, you accept these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. This agreement forms a binding contract between the user (“you”) and Fubo TV, outlining both rights and obligations regarding the streaming platform and its services. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use or subscribe to Fubo TV’s offerings.

2. Eligibility & User Accounts

• Fubo TV is intended for users 18 or older. Minors should only use Fubo TV under direct parental guidance.
• You must provide accurate information during sign-up and update it as needed.
• Accounts, credentials, and passwords are personal and may not be shared or transferred. You are responsible for all account activity.
• Users must reside in authorized regions where Fubo TV provides service. Residents outside covered areas may have limited or restricted access.

3. Platform Access, Devices, and Content

Access to Fubo TV content is provided "as is." Service may change, suspend, or discontinue without notice due to content licensing or technical updates. Content availability may vary by region, device, or subscription package.

• Fubo TV is not responsible for device compatibility limitations.

4. Subscription, Fees, and Billing

• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan.
• Current rates and any discounts will be presented before purchase and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
• To pause, change, or cancel subscriptions, log in and visit your Fubo TV account management section. Early terminations do not always result in pro-rated refunds.
• All charges are processed securely and require current, valid payment methods.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your Fubo TV subscription at any time via account settings. Your access continues through your current billing period. Refunds are offered at Fubo TV’s discretion and may not be available for content already delivered.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

• Do not attempt to circumvent regional restrictions, copy streams, or share credentials outside your household.
• Use streaming features and device limits as intended. Excessive simultaneous streams or use outside your household may lead to account suspension.
• No illegal, offensive, or disruptive conduct in chats, user posts, or other interactive features.
• Respect copyright, trademarks, and licensing restrictions. You may not record, retransmit, or distribute Fubo TV content.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and application software remain the exclusive property of Fubo TV and its licensors. Use of streaming technology or branding outside the intended platform is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized screen recording may result in legal action.

8. User Feedback and Content

• Feedback, comments, or suggestions submitted to Fubo TV may be used without compensation, provided no confidential or proprietary information is included.
• User-generated content must not infringe on others’ rights or violate community guidelines. Fubo TV retains the right to remove or block content at its discretion.
